Interior finishing works, installation of engineering systems, and preparation of residential units for the next stages of development are actively progressing on site.
Key Progress Highlights
1. Interior Finishing Works
Plastering and surface preparation have been completed in selected areas, while finishing and preparatory works continue on other levels. More and more spaces are taking on their final form and moving closer to the next stages of interior fit-out.
2. Electrical and Engineering Systems
Installation and refinement of internal engineering networks continue throughout the building. Electrical routing, connection points, and technical infrastructure are being implemented in line with the project’s current engineering specifications.
3. Air Conditioning and Building Infrastructure
Installation of air-conditioning systems has been completed in selected areas on the second floor. Work also continues on vertical service risers, which connect key engineering systems between floors and support the building’s overall infrastructure.
4. Showroom Preparation
Progress continues in the future showroom area, where the main engineering solutions have already been implemented. The space is now being prepared for the next stages of fit-out and presentation.
