On 25–28 June, the founders of Realtika took part in BIZON Marketing Camp in Nice — a closed business event for entrepreneurs, company owners and experts.
The Camp brought together practical sessions, workshops, a small-group mastermind and business networking with entrepreneurs from different industries. The key topics included trust, client experience, digital channels, partnerships, communities and the systematic development of companies.
For Realtika, this format is valuable because of its strong professional environment and open exchange of experience. It helps the company look at project development beyond the Cyprus real estate market, adopt working approaches from entrepreneurs in different sectors and find solutions that make the client journey more thoughtful and well-structured.
Trust, Client Experience and a Systematic Approach
One of the key topics of BIZON Marketing Camp was trust as the foundation of long-term business. Alexander Kazulin spoke about communities and trust as one of the key values of the 21st century. His message is especially relevant for companies where a client’s decision is based not only on price or product, but also on reputation, the quality of relationships, consistency of actions and the ability to build lasting connections.
For the real estate market, this topic is particularly important. A client does not simply choose a property, a layout or a location. They make a decision connected with lifestyle, investment, relocation or a long-term vision for the future.
And in such a decision – trust in the company becomes one of the key factors when choosing real estate.
The programme also covered brand, communication and audience engagement. Igor Makarov, former Vice President of Disney Russia and CMO of ivi, spoke about brand as the connection between a product and people’s expectations. For real estate development, this is especially relevant.
A quality project should answer not only the question “what am I buying?”, but also “what level of comfort, confidence and value do I receive with this decision?”.
The practical part of the programme focused on digital channels, partnerships and internal business resources. Andrey Lyalin, producer of the projects “vDud” and “Skazhi Gordeevoy”, discussed building digital channels as a lead generation system. Vlad Bermuda spoke about cross-marketing and internal business resources — partnerships, recommendations, client databases, touchpoints and the company’s existing connections. This topic is also important for real estate: a strong client experience is often built not only through external promotion, but also through clear communication, a reliable partner ecosystem and attention to every client interaction.
A separate highlight of the programme was the small-group mastermind format, where entrepreneurs discussed real business challenges, shared practical solutions and exchanged experience already tested in real business.
International Experience for the Development of Realtika Projects
For Realtika, such meetings are part of the company’s approach to development. To create modern, well-considered properties, stay aware of current trends and find the best solutions for clients, the team studies not only the Cyprus real estate market, but also practices beyond it.
In real estate, it is especially important to look beyond current demand.
Clients value not only square metres, but also the quality of the environment, the reliability of the developer, clear communication, the long-term value of the property and confidence at every stage of the process.
For Realtika’s clients, this approach is reflected in more thoughtful work with both the project and the client journey: from the first introduction to a property to communication, service, decision-making and further support. Participation in such business events is not a one-off activity, but part of the company’s continuous development — being present where strong ideas, relevant approaches and practical solutions are discussed, all of which help create higher-quality projects.
